After nearly a year maturing in an ex-Waitui Whiskey barrel, our Blackcurrant Liqueur has taken on a beautiful depth and character. The natural richness of blackcurrants is enhanced by subtle oak and whiskey undertones, creating a spirit that’s both vibrant and complex.
Crafted in small batches, only 550 bottles of this limited release will be available. Each sip celebrates our commitment to quality, tradition, and innovation — a true showcase of fruit and barrel working in harmony.
Whether savoured neat, over ice, or as the star of a cocktail, this liqueur offers a remarkable tasting experience that won’t be repeated.
