Knob Creek Limited Edition 2001 Batch 2 is a special release marking the passing of the baton from Master Distiller Booker Noe to his son Fred — aged fourteen years, five years longer than standard Knob Creek, for added complexity and depth.
The extended maturation builds on the standard Knob Creek profile with deeper oak integration and richer character, commemorating a generational milestone at the Jim Beam distillery.
