Cellar Aged
This beer couldn’t have been done without the help from our friends at High West Distillery in Park City, UT and Petaluma Coffee Company. We brewed a rich, malty Imperial Stout with some Dogfather’s Roar coffee beans, then let it vintag-ize in High West Rye and Bourbon Barrels. It’s good to have friends. A rich and Malty Imperial Stout with Petaluma Coffee Co’s DogFathers Roar Coffee, vintage-ized in High West Distillery Oak Barrels.
