The 2025 High Proof Edition from LALO Tequila is a rare, limited-release blanco tequila that pushes boundaries while staying true to LALO’s founding principles: purity, honesty, and simplicity. Distilled to proof and bottled at a robust 50% ABV, this edition offers tequila in its most untouched and unfiltered form, with no water added post-distillation.
Crafted by Lalo González, grandson of Don Julio González, this expression reflects a bold evolution—the brand’s first distilled-to-proof tequila and only the second innovation in LALO’s history. It’s a deeply personal and powerful homage to the soul of agave, crafted for aficionados who seek clarity of flavor and raw authenticity.
