Lot 40 Canadian Rye Whiskey Dark Oak

Lot 40 Canadian Rye Whisky Dark Oak is an audacious and robust interpretation of the classic Lot 40 rye whisky. True to its heritage, it’s crafted from 100% rye grain, distilled in a pot still, and aged in new American Oak barrels. What sets Dark Oak apart is its unique finishing process: after its initial maturation, it undergoes a second round of aging in heavily charred new oak barrels. This double-barrel maturation imparts an even deeper infusion of flavors and hues from the wood, resulting in a rye whisky that’s rich, intense, and remarkable. Bottled at a potent 48% ABV, Lot 40 Dark Oak is a powerhouse of Canadian rye.
