Each year, multi-vintage champagne is created, both unique but always in the “Roederer style”!Composed of 42% Chardonnay, 36% Pinot Noir and 22% Meunier, this is the perfect cuvée to discover this great House. The Collection 243 blend is based on a predominance of Chardonnays, superb in thisharvest. On the nose, we discover ripe and sweet fruits and woody notes. On the palate, it is generous, velvety and juicy, with a lot of freshness on the finish.Champagne Collection 243 is perfect as an aperitif, but also during a meal, with fish or shellfish.
