Montes Limited Selection Pinot Noir 2016 is a Chilean red wine from the cool coastal vineyards of Aconcagua Costa. Made entirely from Pinot Noir, it offers ripe red-fruit character with notes of cherry, plum, toasted oak, clove and subtle spice. The palate is juicy and medium to full-bodied, supported by balanced acidity and a smooth, lingering finish. It pairs well with roasted poultry, grilled salmon, mushroom dishes, soft cheeses and game meats.
