Using a four-millennia-old Mesoamerican cooking technique known as nixtamalization, all of the deep flavors and aromas of the corn are uncovered. The result is Nixta Licor de Elote, a craft liqueur teeming with notes of toasted sweet corn and fresh cornbread, plus hints of vanilla and caramel.
