In 1973 Benito and Giannola Nonino revolutionized grappa by distilling the pomace of a single grape variety, creating the Monovitigno category, and Moscato remains one of its purest expressions.
Distilled in Nonino’s artisanal copper batch stills from fresh Moscato pomace, it is crystal clear and intensely aromatic, with orange blossom, rose, sage and ripe grape on the nose and a smooth, gently sweet, floral palate with a velvety finish. Serve it chilled in a tulip glass after dinner.
