Nonino Grappa Lo Chardonnay Monovitigno is a 750ml, 82-proof single-varietal grappa from the Nonino family of Percoto, Friuli, distillers since 1897 and the inventors of the Monovitigno single-grape grappa in 1973. It is distilled in artisanal copper batch stills from the fresh pomace of Friulian Chardonnay grapes.
The Chardonnay grape shines through with delicate fruit and subtle floral aromas, followed by hints of tropical fruit and citrus on a smooth, velvety palate and a lingering, refined finish. Serve it chilled in a tulip glass after dinner, or use it in a grappa sour.
