Product Overview
Aged roughly 4 years, Old Tub Bottled In Bond Sour Mash from Jim Beam is all about the mash bill: 75% corn, 13% rye, 12% barley. A solid offering with the spice and caramel on the nose that the younger Beam bourbon0 have. The taste has a peppery kick-it is 100 proof!-and more of the spice and caramel. The finish is short with the spiciness lingering.
