The availability of this product is limited and subject to change.Wine Tasting NotesOliverhill Red Silk McLaren Vale Shiraz presents itself as a medium to full-bodied wine, showcasing an abundance of youthful blueberry and blackberry aromas and flavors. It boasts a sturdy foundation of medium to firm tannins, complemented by well-integrated, invigorating acidity, and culminates in a satisfyingly long finish. Notably missing is the typical hint of menthol often found in McLaren Vale valley floor shiraz wines – instead, Stuart’s old vine shiraz offers a pure essence of blueberry reduction, layered over a rich base of mocha and freshly ground coffee beans. This exemplifies the quintessential McLaren Vale Shiraz!
