Peerless Small Batch Kentucky Bourbon is a sweet-mash, non-chill filtered bourbon bottled at barrel strength (107 proof), aged 4 years.
The sweet-mash process (rather than the traditional sour mash) sets it apart, delivering a full-bodied, robust yet smooth bourbon. Great on the rocks.
