The name of this beer comes from the fact that Thomas Cooper (in addition to being a brewer) was also a preacher, which was not uncommon back in the late 1800s in Australia.
The Preacher’s Hefe (shortened from “Hefeweizen” which means “wheat beer” in German) emulates classic Belgian style wheat beers offering a soft texture with banana + clove aromas and a refreshingly tart finish.
Whether you are a seasoned homebrewer or simply a beginning craft beer enthusiast, you will enjoy the gentle taste of the Preacher’s Hefe Wheat Coopers Beer.
