Pursuit United Triple Mash Bourbon (88 Proof, 700 mL) — This is a triple-mash blended bourbon whiskey from Pursuit Spirits, a Kentucky producer co-founded by the hosts of the Bourbon Pursuit podcast. Rather than coming from a single distillery, it’s crafted by blending straight bourbons with different mash bills and from different regions (Kentucky, Tennessee, and New York) to create a balanced, layered profile.
- Proof: 88 (44 % ABV) — lower-proof than many traditional bourbons, making it approachable for sipping neat or in cocktails.
- Size: 700 mL bottle.
- Style: Triple-Mash Bourbon — a blend of bourbons with both rye- and wheat-forward mash bills.
- Flavor Profile: Aromas of sweet fried dough and kettle corn with warm spices; palate notes include almond croissant, baked apricot, and bright stone fruit; finish features cinnamon sugar, cola fizz, and subtle black pepper.
- Positioning: Designed as an approachable, versatile bourbon that can be enjoyed straight or in mixed drinks.
