“With a light touch, moderate not meddlesome, Quarter Acre wines are guided rather than driven, and largely left to do their own thing with natural ferments, no additives, long lees aging and minimal or no filtration.” – WINERY NOTES
Classic, ripe-but-not-jammy dark fruits (blackberry) with some soft red fruit accents, violet, and a touch of the variety’s peppery notes. Structured, with fine-grained tannin that create a crushed chalk mouthfeel. A great partner for the grill (sausages for sure).
