Romano Levi Grappa Camomilla

Romano Levi Grappa Camomilla is a distinctive and artisanal creation that pays homage to the great wines of Piedmont DOC-DOCG, sourced from the revered Langhe region. Crafted by the legendary Romano Levi, this grappa captures the essence of the vine’s highest expressions, resulting in a unique and exciting balance. The creation of Grappa Camomilla involves the pomace of Langhe Nebbiolo grapes, coupled with a meticulous process of curing in underground pits and an extended period of aging in wood. This exceptional grappa is enriched further by the infusion of fragrant chamomile flower heads, following a recipe discovered in the diaries of Lidia Levi.
