St. George Spirits California Reserve Apple Brandy is St. George’s flagship aged apple brandy — distilled from California-grown apples and matured in oak to produce a premium American apple-brandy expression in the Calvados-adjacent style, but with a distinctly Californian fruit character.
Founded in 1982, St. George Spirits started as one of the earliest American eau-de-vie distilleries and has since become a leading craft distillery in the United States. The California Reserve sits at the heart of St. George’s apple-brandy program: barrel-aged in oak to develop depth and structure alongside the fresh apple-brandy spine.
