Stillhouse Black Bourbon is the first bourbon rested and mellowed in roasted small-batch coffee beans — from Stillhouse Spirits Co., known for its unbreakable stainless steel can and award-winning whiskey.
The coffee-bean resting process is the defining feature: after distillation, the bourbon is mellowed with roasted small-batch coffee beans, layering a roasted, coffee-tinged character over the oak and rye-spice base of the whiskey.
