Tasting Notes,

A more composed and layered Yamazaki, showing ripe peach, pineapple, grapefruit, candied orange, and clove before the oak begins to unfold. The palate has more depth than the Distiller’s Reserve, with coconut, cranberry, vanilla, Mizunara spice, and a soft buttery texture giving it a rounded, polished feel. The finish is where the 12 Year really separates itself, carrying sweet ginger, cinnamon, citrus peel, and gentle oak with excellent length and balance. Classic Yamazaki: elegant, detailed, and quietly complex.
