A rare old vine bottling that comes from vines planted between 1930-45 from the lieux-dits of Clos du Roy, Clémengeot, and Les Ouzeloy. Entirely whole cluster pressed and fermented, the wine spent 2 years aging in barrel, of which 50% were new. Pair this elegant and complex red with roast grouse.
