This sake is a collaboration of Tatenokawa Brewing Company and Grammy Award-winning French rock band, Phoenix. The members of Phoenix had a long standing friendship with the late sake expert Toshiro Kuroda, so they decided there was no better way to honor their friend than help produce a sake he would be happy to drink. Rising flavors of apple and Asian pear play out passionately on your palate. Plus, you can sip Phoenix with a happy heart knowing a portion of all sales is donated to the Red Cross Society, in honor of Mr. Kuroda.
