Ode To The Embers is a compelling and distinctive expression from The GlenDronach’s Master’s Anthology series—an exploration of the distillery’s signature sherry maturation through unique flavor dimensions. Subtitled Sherry & Smoke, this release is particularly intriguing, as peated expressions from The GlenDronach are rare.
Matured in a combination of Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez sherry casks, this Highland single malt weaves together the house’s hallmark rich, spicy fruit character with elegant wisps of smoke. The result is a refined balance between smoldering warmth and sherried sweetness—robust yet polished, expressive yet harmonious.
