Three Societies Jung One No. 1 Korean Single Malt Gin comes from Three Societies Distillery in Namyangju, near Seoul, founded by Korean-American Bryan Do to make Korea’s first single malt whisky. While the whisky matured, the distillery created Jung One, meaning “garden” in Korean, on a base of its own 100% single malt spirit. Eleven botanicals include juniper, coriander, cinnamon, orange peel, perilla leaf, Korean sansho pepper and pine needles hand-picked from the trees around the distillery, and it is bottled at 47% ABV (94 proof) in a 700ml bottle.
