The Tornatore 2025 Etna Bianco has a pretty straw-golden color with preserved lemon and a mineral note that gives the wine sharp contours and some of the hardness commonly associated with Carricante. There is extra crunch and bite to the texture, followed by a citrusy finish and a hint of margarita salt. The mouthfeel is ultimately simple and becomes a bit thin. Fruit comes from vineyards at 500 to 650 meters in elevation, and the wine matures for three months in cement, followed by three months in stainless steel. Production is 60,000 bottles.
