The 2017 Chardonnay Sanford & Benedict Vineyard comes from the vineyard’s original, early 1970s-era planting. The nose offers aromas of saline, peach, lime zest, white pepper, chalk and crushed shell with red apples and pie crust. The palate is light to medium-bodied, minerally and chalky textured with tangy acidity and a long, peach-laced finish. 142 cases produced.
