VALDUERO 2021 ALBILLO MAYOR BLANC

100% ALBILLO MAYOR
The first white wine ever crafted in Ribera del Duero, Valduero Blanco is made from the rare native grape Albillo Mayor, rediscovered by Yolanda García Viadero in 1990. Hand-harvested at night from 15-year-old vines, this limited-production wine captures the soul of its high-altitude terroir at 815 meters.
Delicate aromas of pineapple, grapefruit, and white flowers unfold in the glass, balanced by a touch of natural sweetness and lively acidity. Smooth, pure, and low in sulfites, it’s a white of remarkable elegance and freshness.Enjoy it chilled for crisp vibrancy, or slightly warmer to reveal subtle smoky and honeyed notes.
Perfect with seafood, poultry, or simply on its own – a rare and authentic expression of Ribera del Duero’s white heritage.
