The 2022 Riesling Ockfener feinherb is pitched at just 11g/L of residual sweetness. The nose opens with slate and slight apple juiciness, and this combo of stone and tart fruit is joined by lemon on the slender palate. The discreet residual sugar comes through as zesty rather than sweet, finishing just about dry. Harvested in the Bockstein. (Dry)
