The 2022 Riesling Wiltinger is on iron-rich red slate; the grapes are predominantly from Braunfels and Kupp. It opens with art red apple and moss aromas, followed by a touch of crushed yarrow. The palate also has some of that apple savor and a really salty, tangy, red apple note. Savory but slender and zesty with a tangy echo. (Bone-dry)
