Ventura Spirits Amaro Angeleno is a 750ml, 23% ABV California-style bitter liqueur from Ventura Spirits, the craft distillery in Ventura, California that builds its spirits around local ingredients. It is made in the vein of the Italian classic Aperol, with a distinctly Southern California accent.
Bright citrus from California Valencia orange peel meets a balanced bitterness from gentian and a subtle floral finish. Make an Angeleno spritz with sparkling wine and soda, use it in a lighter Negroni, or pour it over ice with tonic.
