Westborn Sparkling Wine “Perpetual Reserve” NV 750ml

It has a gorgeous nose of toasted bread, white flowers, toasted notes, and more stone fruits. This carries to a medium-bodied wine that has a layered, elegant mouthfeel, fine bubbles, plenty of mid-palate depth, and a great finish. Compared to the other releases in the lineup, it’s a more medium-bodied, chiseled, focused, mineral-driven cuvée. I’d give bottles a year or two, then enjoy over the following decade. This is legit.
