From Our Farm to Your GlassFarmStock Rye is a tribute to our grain-to-glass process, crafted with our own grain harvested by Farmer Lee, distilled with water from our well, and aged in local, sustainably sourced Vermont Oak barrels.It’s bottled in barn -all right here on the WhistlePig Farm. For our core FarmStock expression, we blend our own whiskey with older Ryes for a well-balanced, easy drinking profile… a great starting point for drinkers who are new to Rye.Once a year, we are incredibly proud to share from our farm to your glass a limited number of FarmStock barrels that are 100% WhistlePig Whiskey, bottled in bond and so much more. We call theseFarmStock Beyon Bonded; they’re a true labor of love.Tasting Notes:
- Nose:Sweet and aromatic, with vanilla, maraschino, roasted chestnuts and hints of cigar box.
- Palate:Oak, toffee and baking spices followed by soft notes of crème brûlée and rose petals.
- FinishWarm and lasting with a pleasant Rye spice.
