The Rochioli Riverblock Vineyard is located six miles southwest of the town of Healdsburg, banking the Russian River. Fog-cooled evenings and moderately warm daytime temperatures make the Russian River Valley region ideal for growing Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes.
The resultant wine is nothing short of spectacular. Dark red fruits and dried plums meld with fresh herbs and fennel to captivate the senses. Robust and resinous on the palate, the flavors of plum mix with Asian spices. Deep and brooding, this wine will require patience in the glass or cellar to reach the great heights that only Rochioli Riverblock can hit.
