Wyatt Earp Barrel Proof American Single Malt Whiskey is a single-barrel, cask-strength expression from the Wyatt Earp American Single Malt lineup. Built on a mash bill of 100% malted barley with no age statement, each barrel is bottled unfiltered and non-chill filtered to keep its full character intact. A silver bullet topper stamped with a crossed-pistols emblem sets the bottle apart as a cask-strength release, distinct from the brand’s standard Small Batch expression.
The whiskey pours a deep gold and opens with dark chocolate, citrus, vanilla, and a malty sweetness alongside fresh-baked buttery bread. On the palate it turns fuller and hotter than the Small Batch, carrying dark chocolate, fig, white pepper, and a hint of mint before settling into an oily, long finish with lingering spicy warmth.
As a single-barrel release, no two bottles pour quite the same, making this one for collectors who track barrel-to-barrel variation as closely as the pour itself. It makes a strong pairing with the rest of the Wyatt Earp lineup and other American single malt releases in the Liquor Geeks whiskey selection for anyone building out a side-by-side tasting. Ships to most US states. Adult-signature required at delivery.
