A classic aged Hunter Valley Semillon.Bright pale straw colour showing its bottle age.Lifted nose, filled with tertiary aroma of spice and toasted honey with a hint of confectionary, musk and mandarin.The palate has excellent depth of flavour – full bodied with the acidity still holding up.Flavours of honey, toast and cut hay emerge with confectionary and lemon end notes.Excellent length with crisp acidity, providing structure followed by a very long honey, toast, confectionary aftertaste.
