2007 Jacob’s Creek Steingarten Riesling

Bright straw colour with pale straw hue and green tinge. Perfumed nose of lime, honey and light toast – restrained but showing good varietal character. The palate delivers flavours of lemon, followed by a hint of tropical fruit over a very crisp acid backbone, which is under control. Aftertaste of lemon, light kero and toast.
