Kentucky Straight Bourbon | 54% ABV (108 Proof)
After years of patient aging within the storied walls of the historic Castle & Key Distillery, this 7 Year Wheated Cask Strength Bourbon represents a bold and unfiltered expression of Kentucky craftsmanship. Bottled at a robust 108 proof and aged to perfection, this limited-release whiskey offers a richly layered experience shaped by time, tradition, and the natural beauty of the Frankfort rickhouses.
With a wheated mash bill that softens the edges and enhances the whiskey’s natural sweetness, this cask strength release delivers concentrated flavor and complexity without sacrificing approachability.
