Clean and crisp Italian white wine with lemon and grapefruit notes, no heavy oak. This medium-bodied one has a fresh finish with some notes of white pear. Dry and satisfying! Lovely minerality on the finish. Try it with mixed field greens.
Pinot Grigio food pairings: pan-fried freshwater fish, salads, frittata, basil pesto, herbed chicken breast.
