Driftless Glen Single Barrel Wheated Straight Bourbon Whiskey is a limited-release American bourbon handcrafted in Baraboo, Wisconsin. Made in a wheated style and selected from a single barrel, this expression replaces the more assertive spice commonly associated with rye-forward bourbon with a softer wheat influence, creating a smooth and approachable profile layered with caramel, vanilla, toasted oak, and baking spice.
Aged 5+ years and bottled at 48% ABV and 96 proof, this bourbon combines mature barrel character with the rounded sweetness of a wheated mash bill. Its single-barrel nature means individual barrel details may vary, making each release a distinctive choice for sipping neat, enjoying over ice, or adding to a premium American whiskey collection.
